liveframeko.info was founded by working broadcast crew who were tired of seeing strong stories undercut by weak, rushed camera work. Today we run studio and field training for newsrooms across Australia.
How we started
liveframeko.info began as a set of internal workshops run inside a regional newsroom, built to get new camera operators live-ready faster without sacrificing composition standards. Word spread between newsrooms, and within three years we were training crews well beyond our original bureau.
We now split our time between studio sessions in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and on-location field days with reporting teams. The lens through which a story is shown matters as much as the words used to tell it, and that belief still shapes every module we run.
