Payment Policy

All payments for our courses on real-time camera framing, shot composition for live news, and visual storytelling techniques must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via approved methods. Full payment is required prior to course access.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Australian law.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase if no course materials have been accessed.
• Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved by our support team.
• Course cancellation by liveframeko.info.

No refunds will be issued for partial completion or after access has begun, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
